- Payment Information: For premium subscribers, payment details processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the voicemail Service, including receiving, storing, and delivering voicemail messages.
- To generate AI-powered transcriptions, summaries, urgency detection, and sentiment analysis of voicemail messages.
- To send notifications (email, WhatsApp) about new voicemail messages.
- To manage your account and provide customer support.
- To process payments for premium features.
- To improve and develop the Service.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

AI processing is carried out by our sub-processors using secure APIs. Voicemail audio and transcriptions are not used to train AI models.
7. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We may share your personal data with the following categories of third parties:
- Telephony Providers: To provision and manage phone numbers and route calls.
- AI Service Providers: To perform transcription and analysis of voicemail content.
- Hosting Providers: Our infrastructure is hosted in EU data centres.
- Payment Processors: To process subscription payments securely.
- Notification Services: To deliver email and WhatsApp notifications.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements that ensure GDPR compliance.
8. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored in EU data centres. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure operates on SOC 2 Type II certified platforms.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Free accounts: Voicemail recordings are retained for 7 days, then automatically deleted.
- Premium accounts: Voicemail recordings and transcriptions are retained for 1 year, then automatically deleted.
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
